How To Prepare Fruit Drinks
So I believed we all know the important of fruit now in our body. One day I was wondering how if i will be able do prepare fruit drinks myself, I then said to my self I can do it , I tell you it was wonderful.
So fellow the steps below for any type of Food drink
First let Start with Orange Drink or juice, Oranges are natural fruits created by God for human consumption, it mostly contain vitamins, which nourish the skin and make you last longer,the doctors always advice ,all ways eat fruits and drink fruit drinks Read The Important Of Fruit In The Body
Orange Drink (Orangeade)
Ingredients
3 large or 4 small oranges
Water to dilute as required
Sugar to sweeten as required
Method
1. Wash and cut oranges into halves.
2. Squeeze out the juice using juicer.
3. Strain, dilute and sweeten with sugar as required.
4. Served Chilled
Lemon Drink ( Lemonade)
Ingredients
5 to 6 lemon fruits
5 tumblers of water to dilute it
3 to 10 cubes sugar to sweeten
Method
As in Orange Drink Above
1. Wash and cut oranges into halves.
2. Squeeze out the juice using juicer.
3. Strain, dilute and sweeten with sugar as required.
4. Served Chilled
Pineapple Boat
Ingredients
One ripe firm pineapple
Method
1. Wash and dry pineapple
2. Remove the head and stalk
3. Cut into half
4. Cut one half into two, remove the flesh from the skin and arrange the flesh on the rind in a slating form
5. Serve accompanied with sugar.
Pineapple Ring
Ingredients
1 ripe pineapple
Method
1. Wash the Pineapple
2. Peel and cut into slices
3. Remove the centre stalk
4. Serve Chilled
Pineapple Surprise
Ingredients
1 big, ripe and the firm pineapple
1 paw paw
3 medium grapefruits
1/2 medium water melon
3 medium oranges
Any other available fruits
Method
1. Cut the top of the pineapple and scoop out the content ( save the cases as containers)
2. Dice the pineapple, oranges ,grapes and other fruits.
3. Combine all ingredients and add a little syrup.
4. Return the fruit mixture into the pineapple cases and cover with lid.
5. Serve Chilled
