How to make Banana Bread
Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS:
i. Flour 400g
ii. Sugar 80g
iii. Margarine 60g
iv. Eggs
v. Yeast
vi. Salt
vii. Banana
viii. Water(lukewarm) 1 cup
METHODS:
(a) Peel Banana and remove the core
(b) Blend Banana with blender or mash with mortal
(c) Mix everything together, using rubbing method
(d) Break egg and beat
(e) Add water to the egg
(f) Make well inside the mixture of flour sugar, margarine etc.
(g) Pour water and egg
(h) Pour banana taste
(i) Mix everything together to form dough
(j) knead very well for about 15 minutes
(k) Put inside a greased bowl and cover with napkin
(l) Allow to prove for about 2 hours
(m) Knock back dough and knead
(n) Put into desired shape and put inside bread pan or tray
(o) Cover with polythene until double inside or more
(p) Pre-heat the ovem
(q) Bake until golden brown
(r) Remove from oven and put on food rack to cool store in a cool dry container
