How to make fish cake

(Recipe for 5 servings)

INGREDIENTS:
i. 5 whole fish
ii. 3 cups flour
iii. 1 bottle vegetable oil
iv. Salt and magi to taste
v. Other spices.

METHODS
Remove the head, scales and guts of the fish, wash with clean water, season with all the spices and steam in a steamin?g pot for two(2) minutes.

Remove from heat and grind with pepper grinding machine until the whole bone disappears

Mix with flour and mould into round shapes, frying in vegetable oil until slightly brown, serve hot with jollof rice or fried rice
