How to prepare Egg Roll – Must Read

First of all let me say good morning to you all,do you like egg roll ,have you spend your money buying egg roll,spend less and eat much , Today I will be teaching on how to make egg roll by yourself.

Method

1. Use the same recipes as buns.
2. Boil four (4) eggs for ten minutes and peel.
3. Take some bums dough spread it flat on the palm and fold in one boiled egg
4. Deep fry in hot oil– I mean very hot oil

Note: The dough for puff-puff can also be use for egg roll instead of bun dough

Here is how to prepare Fish Roll

Method:

1. Use the same recipes as for buns
2. Roll the dough on a pastry board.
3. Boil 100g fish,flake and spread over the dough.
4. Roll it up and cut across the roll, 4 ins long
5. Deep fry in hot oil
